Pollux Meisterstadt is located in Jl. A. Yani, Batam Center, Batam, Riau Islands, Indonesia which is a collaboration between PT Pollux Properti Indonesia Tbk. and the extended family of the 3rd President of Republic of Indonesia Prof. Dr. Ing. BJ Habibie developed the Pollux Meisterstadt mega-superblock on an area of 9 hectares. In the first phase of apartment sales (A1 & A2), Pollux Meisterstadt managed to gain success by selling 100% sold out in just one day. While for the third tower (A3) sales have reached 70%. The Pollux Meisterstadt Apartment is currently in the stage of handover in stages starting from Tower 1 and will soon be opened for shopping centers in the near future.
